How to apply for a disability day program

Step 1: Enquire via contact form or phone and our team can help you get started.

Step 2: Meet with Able Australia’s support team. Say hello and let’s talk about any questions you might have about day programs for adults with disability, your own circumstances, needs and wants, and the types of activities you enjoy.

Step 3: Discuss your goals and customise a program. We can help you create a plan that is just right for you, taking into account the skills you want to develop and the goals you want to achieve as well as the support you need to get there.

Step 4: Join tours. This gives you an opportunity to try things out and see what the experience of a day program is all about.

Yes, our Young Adult Program (YAP) is a Day Program in Launceston, Hobart and Victoria caters to people with disabilities aged between 18-30. These programs are designed to provide young adults with the opportunity to learn life skills, make new friends, whilst becoming more independent.
