Residential Service Coordinator

Work Type: Part Time  

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

The Residential Service Coordinator is a new role that is responsible for engaging, coordinating and managing Disability Support Workers to meet client support needs; including supervising support teams of Disability Support Workers; maintaining an efficient and safe working environment; and managing and monitoring service delivery to clients.

The role will require the person to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with disability support workers, participants and their families to obtain quality outcomes. National Quality and Compliance Advisor / Registered Nurse 

Work Type: Full Time  

Location: Surrey Hills, Melbourne

We are looking for a National Quality and Compliance Advisor who will be a clinician, able to support the delivery of Able Australia’s Quality Governance Framework.

This position will ensure a robust Quality Management System inclusive of: best practice standards; audit; monitoring and reporting; and continuous quality improvement to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key focus areas for this role will include:

  • Ensuring systems and practices align to legislative, regulatory requirements and best practice
  • Contributing to the achievement of outcomes against the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework
  • Developing and managing the internal and external quality audit program
  • Leading organisational-level quality improvement projects to deliver sustainable outcomes
  • Analysing, and reporting against key quality metrics.

As a practising Registered Nurse you will provide clinical knowledge and expertise to improve clinical care & outcomes for clients of Able. 

Critical to the success of this role is building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and building the capability of Able Australia’s staff.

Fundraising Coordinator

Work Type: Full Time or Part Time

We are looking for a motivated Fundraising Coordinator to support the overall operations of the fundraising team that reach out to the whole of Australia. The role includes, but is not limited to processing donations, preparing donor materials, calling donors and taking on tasks as provided by the Senior Fundraising Manager. The Fundraising Coordinator will also assist with the planning and management of special events that support Able Australia’s fundraising initiatives. This person will be passionate, driven and highly organised. They will have a positive attitude and be part of a team that will lead and coach them. The role would suit a Fundraising, communications or marketing graduate and/or a person with office administration experience.
