Residential Services Lead- 12 month contract

Work Type: Full time 12 month contract

4 week days and 1 weekend shift per week

Location: Canberra, ACT

We are seeking expressions of interest for this 12 month contract role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will work with a dynamic team while utilising your exceptional leadership and administrative skills to enhance the lives of the people we support. 

The role will be both working alongside the team providing direct support to people with a disability in their home and delivering a quality person-centred service , within budget, aligned to Able Australia’s Vision, Mission and Values, at Able accommodation services. The role is directly accountable for a team of Disability Support Workers who are responsible for the delivery of these support services.

This position is responsible for providing an efficient and effective reception and administrative support service to the Victorian Disability Services Management team.
