When signing an Able service agreement, you will need to contact the NDIS and add Able Australia as an NDIS endorsed provider.

This can be done by the NDIS participant, or your nominee.

You can do this by:

  • Talking to your my NDIS contact
  • Calling the NDIS National Contact Centre on 1800 800 110

We have provided a helpful script below of what to say:

Hello, my name is [Your Name].

I’m an NDIS participant / plan nominee, and my NDIS number is [Your NDIS number].

I’m calling to endorse my registered NDIS provider.

Could you please endorse Able Australia Services as my provider for my NDIS plan?

If you need it, Able Australia’s provider registration number is 405 000 0111.

I’d like this endorsement to apply from the start of my current NDIS plan, which began on [Your NDIS plan start date].

Could you please confirm once this is done, and that Able Australia can begin services for me straight away?
