We are so excited about this wonderful article featured in the Kingsborough Chronicle about our client, Paul, and his experience getting back into the community with Able Australia supports!

Paul used to live in a nursing home in Tasmania. In the nursing home, Paul was quiet and didn’t get much contact. He also stopped wanting to travel and attend activities he once loved. Now, Paul lives in an Able Supported Independent Living home. Paul has a plan and has set goals for the future which he is very excited about. He has started to travel again, such as going animal spotting around his area with his support worker.

“Everything’s working the way it’s supposed to. It’s also given us back time. It’s allowed me to be Paul’s big brother again and not feel like I’m his case manager” says Paul’s brother Gerard.
