As 2025 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on an important year of bringing Able Australia and Mosaic Support Services together as one organisation. Much of our work has focused on aligning our systems, processes and behind-the-scenes functions so we can better support you, your family members, and the participants you work alongside.
A key part of this work has been developing the Able Australia Practice Framework. This framework guides how we provide support across our homes, community programs and specialist services. It will be rolled out more fully in 2026 to strengthen the quality of support and improve communication across all areas of service delivery.
What is changing
We are updating the structure of our national Service Delivery leadership team. This change strengthens support for our staff, improves consistency across states and helps us continue building one unified organisation.
What this means for clients, families and support coordinators
These leadership changes do not affect day-to-day support or the way you work with us.
- Your usual contacts remain the same.
- Team Leaders, Residential Services Leads and Program Managers are unchanged.
- Referral pathways and engagement processes remain the same.
- All current processes for SIL, SDA, Day Services, Respite and Community programs continue as usual.
- How you reach us and access support is unchanged.
Our national leaders from 5 January 2026

Kellie Silver, National Manager Community Supports.
Kellie has worked with Cosmos and then Mosaic for over 22 years, managing community access for much of this time. She is a familiar and trusted contact for many clients and families.
Ali Horner, National Manager Operations Support.
Ali has been part of our organisation for many years and brings deep experience across areas like rostering, funding and planning, SIL and other services. She is well known for her practical support and the steady guidance she provides to teams.

A speech pathologist by background, Andi brings deep experience across a wide range of disability services and is known for her thoughtful, person centred approach.
Carolyn Flower, National Manager Home and Living Victoria, ACT and Queensland.
As an occupational therapist, Carolyn is passionate about supporting people to reach their goals. She brings experience across SIL, community access and both acute and sub acute healthcare.
We would also like to share that Robert Fraser will be leaving Able. We thank Rob sincerely for his valuable contribution and support during this year of transition and wish him well for the future.
Looking ahead
We’re excited about the progress made this year and the stronger, more connected foundation it creates for 2026. Our focus remains on providing high-quality, person-centred support and ensuring communication with you is clear and consistent.
