We are excited to have collaborated with RMIT University’s Workforce Innovation and Development Institute and Yooralla in research to gain an understanding on the retention of new disability support workers.
This applied research project investigated the experience of 50 Disability Support Workers who had worked at Able Australia and Yooralla for between 6 to 12 months. The Retention Challenge – An exploration of the experience and intentions of recent entrants in the disability sector report is now available.
