Able Australia’s Board Treasurer, Peter Reilly was awarded an Order of Australia as part of this year’s Australia Day Honours list and received his medal from Victoria’s Governor General The Hon. Linda Dessau AC at Government House last week.

Peter’s inclusion in this year’s Australia Day Honours list recognises his service to the community through cultural organisations and to business.

The recognition is well deserved. Peter has been on the Able Australia Board since 2012 and brings to his role of Treasurer more than 40 years’ experience as a senior executive in a variety of capacities. He also Chairs Able’s Finance, Audit, Investment and Risk Committee.

In addition to Peter’s role on the Able Australia Board, he is also a Director of Melba Opera Trust, Director of the St. Bernard’s Foundation, Chairman of Scotchmans Hill Pty Ltd and Executive Director of Lifeview Residential Care.
